Delete your account
You can delete your TeachMentorAI account at any time — in the app, or with the form on this page.
In the app
- Open the TeachMentorAI app and sign in.
- Go to Profile and tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you're signed out on every device.
Without the app
Fill in the form. We'll contact you within 2 working days to confirm it's really you, delete the account within 30 days, and tell you when it's done. You can also email hello@teachmentorai.in.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in: username, password, and sign-in with email, mobile number or Google.
- All your signed-in sessions and the push-notification tokens for your phones.
- Your face photo used for attendance and face sign-in, if your school enrolled one.
- Your signature and profile cover photo.
What your school keeps
Your school decides what student and staff records it must keep, such as attendance, marks, fee receipts, ID cards and class details. Deleting your account does not delete these records. To have them removed, ask your school office; when the school asks us, we delete them. When a school stops using TeachMentorAI, all its data is deleted within 60 days (see Privacy Policy §7).
School owners
If you created your school's workspace, deleting your own login would lock the school out. When you tap Delete account, we contact you to hand the school to a new owner, or to close the school's workspace and delete all its data.
